While plaintiff attorneys are not focused on immigration law, as the number of ICE raids grows, so too grow the chances of plaintiffs finding themselves detained by ICE forces. Below are a number of suggestions to support undocumented clients.

Getting Involved: Additionally, there are roles for plaintiff attorneys to do pro bono work on behalf of immigration defense. Attorneys and legal staff of any kind are well-positioned for volunteer roles such as accompaniment, legal observation, and handling pro se asylum paperwork.
